19th Januar 2025 saw 2 of our u13 girls team meet in a league match.
Bears v Pythons
It was the first match the Bears had played since one of our players had sadly and unexpectedly lost their father on the 2nd of January
Both teams and spectators did a minute silence and Bears wore white Lilly stickers on their shirts in remembrance.
They also presented the playee with a Pandora chain and. Charm of wings and a bear.
It's with great sadness that we lost another member of the Winton Wanderers family on the 2nd of January 2025.
Our appeal is still open and we're again asking members of our club to pull together to help one of our own.
We understand a tough time of the year financially, even sharing would help massively.
