Winton Wanderers Lynx u11 Girls

"Winton Wanderers Lynx are half way through their Under 11s season, taking on the complexities of moving to a 9 a side pitch along with the extra rules that go with it including the offside rule its enough to deter anyone. This group of girls however, many of them having been playing together since the team established five years ago, take every challenge in their stride and push through every barrier that is put in front of them. The team is full of amazing characters who love to have fun together, learn new skills taking them from practice into games and have made lifelong friends but they know that when they put on the kit, they play and work for eachother to get the job done.

I feel that in order to make a strong team it needs three things, a strong coaching team which I am proud to have alongside me, a keen and passionate set of players, and a supportive and amazing set of parents and family who show up, share in the whole team's success and frustrations, and help the coaches on match days and behind the scenes. I am grateful and fortunate to have the full trifecta and look forward to seeing what this amazing group of Wildcats achieve in the future."
